A murder on the wing

I love this little story published today on 50-Word Stories. I’ve been writing a daily story on Twitter using prompts from @vssdaily. Since 15 May 2022, I’ve written 79 very short stories.

Nanofiction

Nanoism is a twitterzine, an online publication for Twitter fiction: stories with a maximum of 140 characters (conforming to the original inherent limitations of the Twitter service). I've been published in an anthology!

I created my Twitter profile to enter a competition run by Ben Warden as @FlashSerious. I entered two Twitter-length stories with the hashtag #SFFiction and was over the moon when I was announced as one of the winners on 25 April 2022.

When I quit my toxic job to find something better

I wrote this little piece for my best friend and muse, Gillian Carter: read it at Six Sentences.

Domestic bliss

My entry the WA Writing Love to Read Local Flash Fiction Competition is online.

Bittersweet

My microfiction ‘Bittersweet’ has been published in the 136th edition of Microfiction Monday Magazine. Some great stories in this edition, I am delighted to be included.
